Morena Tirintino (Malugho)
Morena Tirintino (Malugho) was born 11 March 1974.
Since I was a child I loved art in all its forms, even a small piece of wood in my mind turned into many beautiful things, so I decided to pursue this path by enrolling in the art institute where in the first year I participated at a national competition and my work was chosen to be exhibited at the Faenza museum and I was mentioned in an article.
As soon as I graduated, I chose to make this passion of mine a job, so I started experimenting on my own, realizing that I preferred the cold working of ceramics.
As a self-taught I embarked on this adventure that gave me endless satisfactions. For about twelve years I had a wood glass ceramic decoration workshop in my country Rosarno (RC), at the same time I participated in exhibitions and fairs, in one of them (held in Reggio Calabria) the stend of my works was published on a newspaper: Gazzetta del Sud.
Unfortunately, in this very exciting period I was hit by several serious health problems that forced me to stop for fifteen years, but I belong to art so now that I am better I have taken my life back in my hand … .. together with the brush .
In all this, my family has always been of physical and moral support, a special thanks to my husband who loves me unconditionally.
